Each workshop consists of two 2-hour sessions, with a 1-hour break for lunch (e.g. 10-

12 and 1-3). Once you have completed the workshop, the technique is yours to take

away and practice. Handouts will be provided.

THIS IS NOT SIMPLY ANOTHER EXERCISE PROGRAMME.

It is a quickly learned technique that will re-align your body and improve your posture,

making all exercise - and all movements - more beneficial.

The Norris Technique requires no equipment, no special clothing, and once mastered,

needs only two or three minutes, twice a day, to make a significant difference. It

replaces nagging ("stand up straight; don't slouch") and imagery ("imagine a piece of

string attached to the top of your head, lifting you up towards the ceiling") with

specific, understandable, simple instruction.

Some of the many benefits are:

(the stomach flattens, hunched shoulders disappear, any double chin is minimised)
